This will be a dynamic gathering designed to equip and inspire young adults and those who support them across the North American Division. Centered on the theme Young Adult LIFE—Leadership Impact, Intergenerational Relationships, Faith Development, and Everyday Compassion.

Rooted in John 10:10–11, the event offers leadership training, ministry development, mentoring, and hands-on learning. Bringing together young adults, pastors, educators, administrators, and ministry partners, this experience fosters collaboration, it empowers emerging leaders to strengthen young adult ministry and make a meaningful impact within their churches and communities.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this gathering is to provide a dynamic and enriching experience for young adults, their leaders, and their administrators across the North American Division to engage in young adult ministry development, leadership training, and mentoring. Each attendee will be inspired and equipped with tools, skills, and insights needed to effectively lead young adult ministry.

This gathering will foster collaboration, encourage networking, and provide hands-on learning experiences that will empower young adults to lead with excellence.
