*The Evening Reception offers complimentary drink tickets and light snacks, courtesy of Embassy Suites, for guests with a valid hotel stay.
Your registration includes Friday lunch (for outreach participants), Sabbath lunch, and Sabbath dinner. All meals are vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request.
Breakfast is included in your room reservation at the convention hotel.
For Friday dinner, enjoy the onsite restaurant or nearby dining options in walking distance connected by public transportation.
Common Questions
Tickets are nonrefundable and only valid for the 2027 AYP Convention – they cannot be credited to future years’ conventions or events.
If you know you won’t be able to attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket or donate it to our AYP Scholarship Fund.
Due to limited space and meals being catered in the same space as convention programming, the Sabbath program will not be open to the public – only those who have registered will be allowed to participate in the event.
Individuals who are not registered and arrive on Sabbath will be kindly asked to leave.
