The Countdown to UNSHAKEN Has Begun
Adventist Young Professionals exists to foster Christ-centered community through spiritual growth, leadership development, and impactful service. Not as a tagline. As a lived conviction — that a generation of young adults who connect, grow, and serve together can move the world for God's glory.
We believe your faith and your ambition belong in the same room. That your career is a calling, your questions are welcome, and your presence in the world matters more than you've probably been told.
And the most powerful way we carry that forward is by putting you in a room with hundreds of others navigating the exact same tension — done pretending those two things don't belong together, and ready to build something that lasts.
That room is Unshaken.

— Psalm 16:8David didn't write this from a comfortable place. He wrote it surrounded by enemies, in seasons of uncertainty and displacement — and yet he arrived at one of the most grounded declarations in all of Scripture.
Not because his circumstances were stable. Because his gaze was fixed.
And here's what's easy to miss: David didn't arrive at that posture alone. He found it in the room. In the Psalms, in worship, in honest and unfiltered conversation with God — the kind that doesn't clean itself up before it speaks. He brought the pressure, the questions, the fear, and the praise into the same space. And what he found there held him when nothing else could.
That's the difference between someone who survives a shaking and someone who stands through it. Not strategy. Not willpower. A gaze that doesn't move — even when everything else does.
Unshaken 2026 is an invitation into that kind of room. Not to escape the chaos. But to be so deeply rooted — in worship, in community, in truth — that the chaos stops having the final word.

AYP and the AYP Convention is something that we as church leaders need to continue to support and grow - because it is making a difference, not just in the local churches where these Adventist young professionals are ministering and growing in their faith, but also around the world as they are the church.

We get to create connections and memories that we might not have made otherwise if we weren't all in the same building.
