We are looking forward to connecting with you and providing a rich, spiritual experience filled with dynamic speakers, vibrant musicians, deep breakout sessions, and rich fellowship. Our goal is that you are able to take away and integrate core leadership values and practical tools to help you grow in your life and leadership circles. At the end of this weekend, we hope that each of you will feel empowered on your spiritual journey with a deep desire to lead in rhythms of Christ.

Then, God unexpectedly redirected her path to the Adventist Theological Seminary, for an MDiv, and into pastoral ministry. She spent 15 years as a church pastor in Marietta, Georgia and Fulton, Maryland. |

She began her career as a broadcast journalist as news anchor and talk show host and was most recently an on-air host and producer with C-SPAN and political commentator for BBC news. |
![]() | Cassie MatthesonCassie Mattheson is the Talent Development Manager in Human Resources for Kettering Health. Before Kettering Health, she worked as a Recruiter at Loma Linda University Health. Prior to healthcare, she served for five years doing Colporteur and Church ministry. Cassie is passionate about sharing Christ in the workplace and helping people find their calling in the community they serve. |
