Probably similar on the tea thing there’s like this, honey Citron ginger tea from Costco. Subtle plug. Fantastic. I drink it basically every night. Sleep beautifully.
I would say thoughtful, fun and probably random, a little bit in there.
Hitting a great golf shot that definitely makes me very happy.
I would say the Carrie Neuhoff leadership podcast. If you haven’t checked it out, check it out. They do a lot of really, really insightful interviews. He has on great guests, yeah, just a really interesting podcast.
Kind of a little combination of both? Actually, the planning side of it definitely has its place, but having the flexibility to kind of adjust things as they need to be adjusted has a thing.
That you cannot always be in control when you may feel like that’s the preference at the end of the day, learning how to let God lead, and just figuring out how to follow that lead, but also still be able to take action along the way. Yeah, that’s that’s a whole process in itself to be able to figure out, but it’s an important one.
My parents, definitely. They are two very spiritually grounded people, but they’re also people that you can go to with questions, and that will also kind of prompt you to think for yourself as well. So really, the combination of those, I’d really appreciate it.
So waking up and having devotionals in the morning is a big one, so I really enjoy that every morning after exercising, an actual verse has also been 2 Timothy 1:7. So for I haven’t given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self control.
What motivates me when leadership gets heavy, I would say just being able to focus, not just on the current difficult circumstance, but more so than anything, just making sure that you’re focused on what you are actually heading toward and the potential impact that can come along with that. There are a lot of people that are out there that can benefit from what any of us does on a day to day basis. And so when you can focus on that impact that’s being made, rather than the challenge that you may be going through, it helps to make it a little bit easier.
I would say he has been stretching honestly leadership, just being able to have more clarity about what my leadership style is and how ultimately, I can best use the skills that he’s given me to serve the people that I’m working to lead along the way.
Hmm, I would say, I would say following the footsteps of a one Timothy Kosaka of. Such a great guy, and I think the foundation that he has laid, I am looking forward to being able to not only follow that, but also hopefully lead us to more sustainability and make sure that things can keep going for a long time.
I think giving them a space where they can feel like they are safe, where they can connect with other people that are in a similar phase of life as them, and ultimately, just giving them an environment where they can grow spiritually and learn together, I think that more than anything, is what people should feel right off the bat whenever they connect with something that AYP is doing do.
