Eddie Hyatt: Serving with Purpose and Faith on the AYP Mission Trip

Eddie Hyatt: Hi everyone, I’m Eddie Hyatt from Orlando, Florida. I joined the 2024 AYP mission trip in Miami because I wanted to use my gifts to serve others and share the love of Jesus wherever I go. It’s been a privilege to witness for Christ and I look forward to future mission trips.

Eddie Hyatt: The most impactful moment for me was distributing GLOW tracks and Christian literature in North Miami. I was moved by how open people were to receiving the message of God’s Kingdom. It reinforced my belief that God is at work even in urban settings like Miami, touching hearts that are hungry for His word.

Eddie Hyatt: This trip deepened my faith by showing me God’s hand in every aspect, from small prayers to witnessing His miracles in our outreach efforts. Being part of this team has been a blessing, allowing me to see firsthand how God uses ordinary people like me to bless and be blessed.

Eddie Hyatt: One key lesson I’m taking away is to be more punctual and proactive in my daily life. I aim to overcome procrastination and live each day with a sense of purpose and urgency, trusting in God’s grace to guide me.

Eddie Hyatt: If you’re considering the next AYP mission trip, don’t hesitate! It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet people from across the country, build a supportive community, and serve God by serving others. Approach it with humility and a desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus—you’ll witness amazing things unfold.
