Tim Kosaka

Tim Kosaka is the founder and chairman of the board for Adventist Young Professionals.

From 2019 – 2026, Tim served as AYP President, growing the grassroots movement from a simple Instagram page to a global community of over 12,000 people.

As Chairman of the Board, Tim now supports and mentors AYP’s team as they creatively lead this movement into its next season.

A graduate of Walla Walla University and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), Tim serves as Digital Marketing Manager at Adventist HealthCare, where he helps connect patients with healthcare services through digital strategy and marketing.

Tim lives in Tennessee with his wife, Paola. Outside of work and ministry, he enjoys traveling, camping, snowboarding, golfing, and cooking.
